Red Ruby glass unknown maker used ruffled edge compote or pedestal bowl. The bowl sets level but the edge looks off. So call it a manufactures defect or maybe that is the way it was designed?. I do not know. Table wear on the bottom. The last 2 pictures should show this. Possible vintage red ruby compote or pedestal bowl, with "ruffled" edge. The bowl sets level but the edge looks off. It looks like some of the ruffle was pushed in further than the others causing a lopsided look on the edge. So call it a manufactures defect or maybe that is the way it was designed? I do not know. Table wear on the bottom. There are some "bubbles" that are on the surface on the foot of the bowl. The last 2 pictures should show this. No chips or cracks. There are some water spots and or stains on the glass. There does look like there are some like scratches on the inside of the bowl and maybe outside as well. All I did was to rinse it off. Stands about 3 and 3/4" to 3 and a 1/4" to the top of the edge.
