This arrived quickly & neatly packed, which was great. What puzzles me is how a sealed item arrived badly scratched and dusty (see pictures for proof; I literally received the package, immediately opened it and found it as shown). I'm leaving a positive review because this isn't the seller's fault and whoever owns this business shouldn't be punished for something outside their control. But I do think they should change their distributor because even though the product works, it looks like hell.

I made a mistake. It did not have the Maps that I wanted in it so I returned it. Other than that. It was a good value just miscommunication did not understand what was actually in the unit. Fast shipping would do business again with the seller.

Marine Discount Center had a great price on Maxwell HRC 10-8 windlass. The item arrived quickly and was packaged well. I installed the windlass right away and it works great. I would highly recommend this seller and windlass.
