The product advertised matched the items received (variable resistors). Excellent communications from the seller. The only issue was in the wording of the ad (it said "Box Kit Set"), so I was expecting that a box would be included to organize the resistors. However, there was NO box shown in the images, so I feel this was NOT a case of false advertising or misleading. I recommended a minor change of wording in the ad, and the seller was thankful. Thanks for sending the item, however it was not the width or 2cm diameter as described. It was a string wick. I would like what was ordered. I can send this much skinnier one back, but only if you send me a prepaid package in the package with the correct width item that I paid for..
Wonderful to deal with. The package was delayed by Australia Post and they gave me a refund with no problems. Later when the battery arrived I offered to pay for it again but it proved difficult to do. They gave me the battery as a New Years gift. I highly recommend them.
