I have washed this several times. no shrinking or color fading. It is so soft, lightweight. The pattern is so pretty and brightens up my room. If I get cold, which is rare, I can just add an extra blanket. But this is great for the summer time, and I have been sleeping so much better since I started using it. I absolutely love everything about this quilt! It's an excellent light weight quilt. If you plan on using this in winter in a cold climate, you will definitely need to put warm blankets underneath. The queen size 90"x98" perfect fit for XLong twin bed, which would reach the floor on both sides. It is adaptable to almost any bedroom decor. The fabric feels nice and is a great weight. We don’t use a top sheet and our dogs sleep on it sometimes too so we need to wash it every week.
