Item was fragile and improperly wrapped for shipment. One biscuit arrived broken. Asked for replacement of one broken biscuit or partial refund but seller would not do either and wanted me to return items. Live in a rural area so not easy to do and I just ate the loss. I’m surprised how poorly the item was packaged knowing how fragile sea biscuits are. Would not buy from this seller in the future. I’ve sold on eBay and always offer replacements or refund buyer and let them keep the item.
