The most gorgeous dragon! Packaged very carefully with tissue paper, bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box, but very sadly an ear tip did not survive the Royal Mail delivery system and he arrived damaged. Contacted the seller who couldn’t have done more. Full refund or money off purchase price offered and accepted. Dragon has now been professionally restored to his former glory. Highly recommend the seller and would use again.
Ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday, arrived on Tuesday - brilliant! Well packaged for a fragile item and it was accurately described in the listing and photos. It didn’t end up being suitable for me, but the customer service was excellent throughout and a refund was issued as soon as the item was received back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller. Seller was good and all arrived and working as described, the same can't be said about the courier(Royal mail) estimated wed-Thurs arrived Friday anyone can be late but after Wednesday there was no communication which was the issue if tracking is paid for then it shouldn't be available. No issue with seller.
