Fast shipping. Item arrived damaged outer box was in perfect condition, inner box was torn looked worn and taped over with lots of bubble wrap so not to sure how to comment on the packing part. Item was not as described because it did not work nor was it in new condition ,the casing on bottom was broken in 3 different places and when item was plugged in settings for operating were non functional. Had item been functional and the casing not broken it would have been a good value. Refunded in full
Unfortunately I received the wrong size for this item. But the seller made right by issuing me a refund. Though I was out the shipping costs, I appreciate the communication and honesty. Other than that the item was packaged well and shipped on time with prompt communication response .
All good with shipping, packaged well, as described, great value, had this same Shower Curtain in my other home, somewhere got lost in the move, beautiful curtain,great Seller!!!
