3M TAPE WAS PUT IN A ENVELOPE AND SHIP DURING SHIPPING SOMEONE STACKED SOMETHING HEAVY ON IT CAUSING DAMAGE TO IT. SHOULD HAVE BEEN ROLLED UP AND SHIP THAT WAY IT WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPEN.
