Yes. However, we do recommend using one of our base mats or a small chair mat to provide a firmer surface to optimize your flow and protect wood flooring. How much height does a Plane add? The Plane adds roughly 2.5 to 3 inches of height. If you have a standing workstation we recommend an adjustable desk to account for the added height.
