Product WAS described as presented. BUT we’re pretty sure UPS used this package to test with. Box came utterly destroyed and item had some broken pieces. Messaged seller and he did not hesitate to make it right for me and was going to work on UPS claim after the fact. So I was not stuck out waiting on a claim or anything. Just thankful to have a good seller that takes pride in their business! Thank you
Shipping was a bit slow, but not a problem. Packaging was unopened “as new” condition as was the condition of the DVD….all “as described.” It was a good value for me because this film is difficult to find in this excellent condition.
