Overall, I'm pleased with the product. However, it was delivered with one of the four adjustable rubber base footings missing. Since this is a relatively easy thing to replace, I'm satisfied and don't feel the need to return it. But the suppliers may want to be mindful of this when packaging the next piece for delivery, (perhaps the footing, which is an adjustable screw, fell out during rigorous packaging).
My overcall experience with the seller was exceptional. My first bench was sent to my used and broken. I contacted the seller with photos and they sent a brand new one in perfect condition condition. I love my bench and I rally happy with it.
