I received my order 5 days late, I contacted the seller because FedEx had received the tracking info but it took 3 days for any movement. I contacted the seller and they did reply with "we are trying to have them rush the shipment" but received no response after that. I was happy with the quality of my item, once I received it of course, but I do wish there were installation instructions and better mounting hardware.
Arrived in beat up carton with the cutter head full extension slides popped apart. luckily all of the tiny ball bearings were still present and nothing was really damaged. so I just took everything apart and reassembled it. Returns are such a huge hassle.
Nice wagon. My yard guy liked it too. Fairly easy to assemble. Good shipping. Good communication from seller. Would use them again.
