FedEx went HAM on this bumper, it came with some minor issues. I refused delivery a d FedEx delivered again the next day anyway. Contacted the seller, we worked out an agreement for a partial refund and I will handle any blemishes myself. Seller was very accommodating and bumper was shipped fast on their part. All issues were related to FedEx. Would buy from again.
This seller has gone out of the way to correct an issue that was not their fault. The product was flawed but how the flaw accrued no one knows for sure. The seller offered me a fair settlement.
