Disclaimer: I am selling many items belonging to my Mother (R.I.P. Mom) who put together a massive miniature house on a scaled property/lot. It was on display for some years. It was her hobby; not mine. I am selling "AS IS” with no experience or thorough knowledge of this hobby. Some accessories are loose as the putty is not holding well and due to packing/unpacking in/out of storage, etc., some items have come loose, and, in a few cases, have damage. The primary pieces of furniture are sold with accessories (as seen in the pics) and are as they were packed up for storage many years ago. Some accessories have detached and the quake putty is present in many places. Buyer accepts the "AS IS" status with possible dust and putty present with no expectation of refunds or returns and the TLC needed to put back into completed status. If I discover something is damaged I will note it, but it is likely I may miss something.
