Good communications and good shipping times, good to deal with but the pocket watch had a bad balance staff. to get it replace and oiled and cleaned will cost around a 100.00 dollars. Was told it ran it doesnt. It was packed good. ToThey were good enough to take it back but it would have cost around 30.00 dollars to ship it back and the shipping i paid to get it. To send it back i would have had to put insurance on it. Im sorry it came out this way.
This order that was refunded by the seller because she made a mistake with the shipping. She contacted me and I gave my permission to relist and charge me me for the correct shipping. I left positive feedback on the second listing. Very pleased with purchase, excellent communication and recommend the seller.
Pieces arrived within the time quoted, unfortunately when packaged the two pieces made contact and destroyed one piece. Contacted the seller and we were able to return the order and get a full refund. I would have no problem buying from this seller again but packaging needs to be better.
