Quality product, excellent communication, and the appearance of the wrench was new. This is a phenomenal shipping value! Seller has extended great communication thus far. As described in pictures and descriptions. Received them rolled up in a paper mailed to me they should have been laid flat for shipping I haven't installed them or hooked them up yet hopefully being rolled up they were didn't damage the wiring heat coils fast shipping
