Don't know why or who was at fault for the delay, but in fairness to the seller, when I informed them of the delay, they did offer me a refund. I stuck it out a few more days and received the item which was exactly as advertised and sold. I'd buy from them again, but if this happens again, I'd have to reconsider any future purchases.
