Description
Livingstone's Last Journals In Central Africa by Horace Waller, published in 1875 by Jansen, McClurg & Company in Chicago, Illinois, is a valuable historical account of central Africa. This hardcover book includes a map and illustrations, making it a visually engaging read. Written in English, this original edition provides insight into the adventures of David Livingstone in the region, offering a unique perspective on central Africa during that time period. Perfect for collectors or those interested in African history, this book is a rare gem from the United States. Pictures still have tissue paper covering. Map has a small tear and open area where the creases meet. It is in nice condition with wear to the edges of the cover and spine. And the back lower corner of the cover is quite worn. Please look over photos. No foxing or tears are noted on the pages. All pages are very secure. Has writing on a blank page with the owners name and the date. Pages slightly yellowed with age but it is 150 years old. I believe this is the first American printed edition. Questions, please ask .
