I don't see anything missing or broken. The locomotive was bench tested and does run but is very loud and may need some work. The headlight also works. We don't have a layout and only bench test with a transformer and two wires. If the wheels turn we say it runs. This comes in the original box with insert. This is an O scale locomotive made by Lionel. Look at the photos to judge the condition for yourself. I'm not an expert on every item I sell so if I forgot to mention something just ask and I'll try to answer your question. You can enlarge the pictures to get a better look.
