The seller was super professional, fast to get me a tracking number & fast to respond. The item was new & he mailed it fast. The post office was terrible & destroyed my package & lost a part of it, then sent it all over the country & refused to allow me to file a claim against the USPS. But the seller was amazing & made everything right. I would recommend shopping with him to everyone.
New as described however a slightly different model than listing description, i received a better model being the S24+ rather than the S24 so I am happy. The pictures of the item were accurate and matched up with delivered new in box product. Very fast shipping. Seller communicates quick and is also friendly. I recommend this seller.
