Items received were new but not what was ordered. I ordered the 530,000 bottles but received 60,000 instead. After contacting with the seller I received a 15% partial refund for the error. Packaging was new & pristine and items were in date. Shipping time and seller communication were fine but I cannot give 5 stars when the wrong item is shipped.
