Communication not great at all. I ordered two chairs in two different colors from two different dealers and could not figure out from either one if the one I did receive on time was from which dealer. Their site said theirs had already shipped to me. So it was difficult to figure out if the wrong colored chair I received was theirs or the other company. Just very confusing. Otherwise, chair was good quality and a great value, but shipping took way longer than what they stated on their site
Brand new just as described. Good price. I ordered 2, but the seller originally only sent 1. Seller did send out the 2nd one once they realized the problem. Hopefully the seller will prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
I guess I misunderstood the listing as it said 2 pcs in the title but only received one. I later realized it said 1 pc farther down in the description. Oh well, it's a nice ice cream scoop anyway and it was on time! Thank you.
