Good quality machine, but it came missing a bolt for one of the rollers. I asked seller to send the missing bolt, but I was offered only increasingly generous cash discounts that started at $5 and eventually reached 50% of the purchase price. I stayed firm on my request for the missing part (because who has time to go searching for a matching bolt?). Eventually seller allowed me to return the machine, and was very kind and gracious about it. I recommend this seller.

Over I had a pretty positive experience. However is seems like it was drop shipped from Walmart. I wasn't expecting that. I believe that the Walmart site sells them for less so the value is negligible. They arrived in good condition.
