The cushions came quickly, and they're even nicer and thicker than I expected.They look great and they're comfortable. It's like having a new chaise! I'm very happy with the cushions themselves. Communication was great, too. Delivery was a surprise, though. I intentionally don't buy from Amazon, and they came from Amazon. That may not bother other buyers, but it bothered me. So the experience was mostly positive but not entirely.
Item itself is fine and exactly as expected. Packaging for shipping was not good - original box, which isn't a shipping box, wasn't even taped shut. Item arrived in good shape despite rough handling during transport. Never received shipping updates from the tracking after "item received by shipping agent."
