The Koala Mount consists of 2 small sturdy brackets made of ABS plastic. Each bracket is about 3.75 inches x .8 in x .75 in. How is it stuck to the wall? Setup takes all of 2 minutes, and to remove, the Command strips can be stretched off without leaving any damage or residue. What if I don't trust the adhesives? We recommend performing a simple strength test after setting up the mount to ensure the Command strips have formed a proper bond with your wall. The test involves simply hanging a bag through the hole in the bracket and placing a 2-liter bottle of water/soda into the bag (which is approx 4 lbs). You can leave it overnight (or even a few days) and if it holds, you can rest assured that the Command strips are working properly.
