Excellent communication with prompt response to inquiry/offer. The binding is brittle & broke immediately @ the spine when opened to play. Coil binding adds considerably to the purchase price. I just think most sellers (not being pianists) look at their merchandise differently that those who buy it. Well packaged & arrived without delay.
