The item was advertised as "NWT" meaning new with tags. There was a tag, seems to be a manufacturer, however the actual designer's tag with label is missing. The dress is gorgeous and in perfect condition, the shipping was prompt. It arrived folded in a plastic bag and then stuffed inside another plastic USPS mail bag. In terms of value, the item was bought from seller for half of department store prices. Overall, great product, great value and great shopping experience.
