The seller was great with excellent communication and very fast shipping. The product on the other hand left a lot to be desired when it came to quality of craftsmanship. I won't go into detail but must say that had I not been a woodworker for almost 58 years my wife would have been in tears. I told her that I could fix everything that wasn't right and she trusted me. I was able to correct them and she is now very happy with them. If momma's happy everybody's happy!
When I received the product, the cord at the box of the tree was cut apart, after contacting the seller they did give me a full refund with a no return for the item.  Overall I am satisfied with how they handled the situation. I would completely buy from them again and have prior with no issues on the other items.
Everything was awesome! I ordered it and 2 business days later, I got the notification that it was out for delivery. We’ve already washed several loads of clothes and this machine is a lifesaver! This company is also amazing because the price was right, shipping was free and the product is perfect.
