I was nervous about the delivery being with a long-haul carrier and not FedEx or UPs, however; Estes was great. Shipping time was on schedule and delivery was ahead of schedule. The seller answered my questions promptly and the shipping company was proactive with updates. Last, this chair was a very good value. The price was a couple hundred dollars less than anywhere else. I would buy again.

However, not only did they arrive faster than expected, they were packed very well by the seller & without any signs of unwanted damage!! You pay for new, you should get what is advertised.   3. Good quality table. Although the description reads “Assembly: No”; it arrived requiring assembly. The assembly was relatively simple. The seller was very accommodating and quickly refunded a portion of the price for my inconvenience.
