Vendor contacted me shortly after item was shipped notifying me that the wrong item may have been shipped. I told him I would let them know once item arrived, but that I needed the item I ordered. He said I could keep wrong item and he would send correct item. I verified incorrect item was sent and vendor quickly rectified the situation by sending out the correct item. Received the correct item quickly. Great vendor! Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and received correct item!
When I did not receive my order, I contacted the seller I Am Tag and he immediately responded that he would check on it. The next day he messaged me and apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my payment. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you
