Charming antique handmade "North Carolina Lily variation" Quilt. LOVE the unusual reddish salmon color lilies and the green stems/leaves. LUSH hand quilting. Very precise and full! Measures 84 x 82 Nicely and neatly made. Hand pieced, machine sewn and hand quilted. 8spi. Very thin batting so it displays beautifully. All cottons~backing is the same cotton sheeting as the front. I have not cleaned or treated this quilt. Fabrics are sturdy and strong. Looks oh'so slightly dingy from storage and age/use. A soaking will brighten it up! No real damage. Has a few minor and small use/age spots (see last 2 photos). No fraying or holes. No color fading. May be a few popped quilting stitches. Very clean feeling. No odors. Non smoking home!
