I have not received the delivery; while I believe is not on sellers fault it affects the whole experience, I recommend not to use Hermes as parcel, rather pay bit more and use more trustworthy service. Hermes has very bad reputation in general and personally my previous experiences with Hermes are negative. I trust eventually my packets will be delivered however not in the time I was expecting it. Looking forward on locating my parcels.
