It looks like they may be removable, but we will leave that decision to the new owner. From what we’ve gathered, this donation is a turn-of-the-century George Kendrick-designed for Grueby Pottery gourd-shaped vase adorned with lotus leaf designs in an apricot glaze. The bottom of the vase bears impressed maker’s marks that read “Grueby Pottery USA” (original company) and “Maddux & Munman” (licensed reproducer). The vase stands approximately 11 inches tall and has a width of about 7 inches near the top. The opening of the vase measures approximately 3.5 inches. It is in truly e xcellent condition, with only some marks on the bottom from being set/moved on a dark surface. It looks like they may be removable, but we will leave that decision to the new owner. Feel free to contact us with any questions! A group of Fallbrook women opened the Angel Shop with the purpose of raising funds to support other programs in the Fallbrook community that serve the needy, disabled, seniors, military, youth, animals, environment, arts and schools. Angel Society members are volunteers, there are no paid employees. The funds we raise for the community come mainly from Angel Shop sales, but also from membership dues and memorial gifts. All our merchandise is donated! The Angel Shop is known as a depository for reusable items in good condition such as clothing, linens, toys, jewelry, household items and fine collectibles. Learn more about the Angel Society at our website (that you have to Google because eBay won’t let us post a link here).
