This item is new. The plastic is torn on one corner. The other three corners are sealed . The cover is damaged. It is bent on the corners. It has sticker residue on one corner where the plastic is torn on the front cover . Please see photos for further description.
This item was new in the box, however the packaging wasn’t great (just in a plastic envelope). For some reason the postal service sent it from OH to Hawaii instead of straight down to Texas. This delayed delivery (not seller’s fault) and because the packaging wasn’t great it got smushed (even though the seller wrote fragile on the outside). So it arrived with the Lego box smushed/creased. If it was shipped in a cardboard box that wouldn’t have happened. But the overall transaction was good
