I ordered this item When it arrived it was too large for my space I was not able to use it I asked to return and refund.Was offered a small reduction in pricing. I just did not have a use for it.really wanted to return..I declined the reduced price offer. Waited several days for a return label. Got a message had been refunded but still no return label. Contacted them again Told me to keep the item. I responded I did not feel right doing.How nice of them to refund. I since have donated the item
Although the color of the item had to be changed by the seller at the last minute, due to stock issues, the insulated containers and case work well - I had been torn between the two color choices so it didn’t matter much to me to change it.
