The seller shipped this item promptly but to no fault of the seller, it never made it to me. It seems to have gotten lost by USPS after leaving customs in Chicago. The seller refunded me without any issue but also offered to reship. Excellent customer service. Would absolutely recommend even without getting the product....LOL.
The item corresponds to the photo. The seller's communication was excellent. There was a mix-up regarding the compatibility with a specific Gaggia model, but the seller handled it perfectly. Outstanding customer service and very understanding. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with this seller. Per the tracking, the part I ordered has been hung up (lost?) in their local postal office for several weeks. Even though this is out of their control, a full refund was issued. Highly recommended!
