Here we have the Funko Soda: The Demon (KISS). This piece features KISS's iconic frontman Gene Simmons, & is in great condition, but you can judge that for yourself. The can has been opened to verify the contents, although the bag containing the figure is sealed. The top & bottom of the can have dents. The top one is small. In the photos the bottom dent looks sunken, but it's actually protruding, although it doesn't effect the can sitting level. It doesn't protrude nearly as far as the rim of the can. Also, I've had a few (out of nearly 300 orders) people claim that their received item had an odor of smoke. Keep this in mind, because while I don't smell anything, I can't guarantee that you won't.
