Item was mint as described by seller and well packaged. Only neutral thing about this order was it listed as a "Pre-Order," which I have seen others sellers do. The pop figure was a Chase version, but I didn't realize wait time for shipping would be longer. The figure was already shipping from Funko so I thought the seller already had them in hand. That's more on me and understanding how this listing worked, just wished I got the item sooner.
So I paid for the (Box Damage) option since it was a cheaper choice and honestly the box itself does not look damaged at all. Maybe a little something in the back of the box as usual if you were to buy them in-stores but the box and Max Funko itself is in great condition. The item was exactly as described. The shipping was fast. Truly love her and completes my Stranger Things collection!
