The front has a velour feel with a stippled design. 3/4 zipper on the bottom. No pillow form inside. WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 14 inches wide by 13 1/2 inches high. 3/4 zipper on the bottom. No holes, tears, odors or stains. I find no flaws on this piece. Just some wrinkles from storage.
