Not as described, I purchased the Natural color and I received the white, No hidden storage as was in the item description. I did contact seller, He did offer to Exchange, and E-mailed a Return Label That I could not print out, even after numerous attempts, I gave up and just kept the item !! IF I had wanted white and no under seat storage I could have bought it from Amazon or Wayfair for over $250 Less. I learned my lesson however, I will never purchase furniture items off of E-bay again !!!
Items arrived new as advertised. Sturdy packaging. Very rapid shipping. However, no tracking details were ever furnished by Seller until at the point of UPS delivery — so Buyer thought they had not been shipped after 3 days (thus, the low communication score). An otherwise A+ Seller!
Lion is just like the pictures, I'm very pleased. Very good condition and great quality... the bronze coloring looks really good and it was packaged really well so zero shipping damage. Well worth the price IMO.
