I sent the seller question about one picture the wheels  holding the frame and he don’t answer back to me so when I receive the box, there is no wheels for the frame  and I bought wheels and uninstalled cost me $15
I received it right away and it was just as advertised. My only concern was the high shipping cost which was $10 higher than the cost of the bobblehead
