Description

Fenton Dragon & Lotus Carnival Glass Cobalt Blue Ruffled Bowl. This is an absolutely gorgeous Fenton carnival glass bowl. Pattern is dragon and lotus. Backside base color is a rich cobalt blue. Sits on a shallow round base. The ball is both ruffled and scalloped on edge. And measures approximately 9 inches in diameter. Dates to approximately 1915 through 1920. Art Novo, very artistic style. In excellent condition, especially for its age. The colors are rich. The design is wonderful. Only imperfections that I am seeing is one scratch on the inside base. Don’t know if it’s manufacture? I do have a photo of it. The back side may have slight scratches or pin pops. This is one of the most beautiful patterns I have seen in carnival glass. A beautiful display piece.
