Description
Description The signature model of Yngvay Malmsteen, the founder of the neoclassical scene, is now in stock. The model has undergone many updates, but this one is mounted with the current spec YJM FURY. The slim Modern "C" shaped neck and deeper molded scalloped fingerboard are the specs that the current king of the world would like to see on this model. The frets are also super-jumbo size, which together with the scalloped fretboard allows for light fingering with almost no effort on the left hand, as if the fingerboard can be moved along with the fingerboard. The wood construction uses the traditional Yngvei spec combination of an alder body, maple neck, and maple fingerboard. The combination is impressive with its firm, fat, and powerful mid-low range and bright, extended high range. The pickups are mounted with his signature model Seymour Duncan YJM Fury. The condition of the guitar has some scratches and dents from age and use, and some parts are dull and rusted, but the frets are still strong and the truss rod works well, so it is in good condition to be used immediately and for many years to come.
