This book is Ex Libris from Dr. Jesse Donald Stark library. I believe he/she attached the clipping to the front inner cover page of book. This book did have a second printing prior to publication in 1936. I believe this to be a true first edition but I can not be certain. See pictures provided to make your own decision. Book makes no mention of a second printing. It sounds to me from this and other titles by Vanguard Press that they were quite ahead of their time. Book is in great condition for age. Signs of age can be seen. Yellowing of pages, upper and lower spine bend. Discolorations. Binding is strong and in good condition. Very readable copy without fear of falling apart. See pictures for more details. I am not a professional book grader. I will not use terms like Mint, Near Mint, Fine, Very good, and so on in my description as these have very specific meanings I am not qualified to give. eBay has made me choose a condition for description.
