seller was outstanding communicating. cushion was brand new and appearance is nice. I cannot see the cooling jell like in the picture so i am not sure if it is inside of the foam or not. sitting on the cushion it gets very flat and paper thin but does go back to its original shape. not as cushiony as I would like for the price. Shipping was very VERY fast.
