FOUR Avon Royal Sapphire Leaf Fan France Cobalt Blue 8-in. Plates NEW in BOX. Here are four vintage Avon Royal Sapphire cobalt blue glass salad plates in their original box. They feature elongated leaves around the rim and a diamond point pattern in the center. These were made in France by Arcoroc for Avon, produced during the late 1970s to early 1980s. These salad plates are about 7 3/4 inches or 20 cm in diameter. These have never been used and are in their original box with no chips or cracks.
