The chair came at the expected time indicated by the seller. It seemed to be an opened box but all the items came well packaged and looked brand new. The only thing is that I would have saved time assembling it the manual was included. There was not written information about the chair and it was tricky to find the information online since there are a lot of videos but not including all the step by step process. Since it said brand new, it should have had that plus the warranty details.
Item delivered was not in new condition as listed. The seller sent a second unit, which also was used. Both units were in obviously re-taped and previously shipped boxes. Both units showed scratches and scrapes from previous installation and use. Seller issued refund and accepted returns of the units.
Had issues at first that were strictly my fault but a few messages and I was on the same page- delivered quickly all as described - would definitely buy from again without concern. perfect transaction.
