As I didn't have time to wait for replacement the vendor immediately issued a refund without issue.   3. Arrived in a timely manner. Took minutes from package to unthawing ready to make up the new bed. It was packed in a relatively compact box. But wow what a difference on my cozy bed! I slept so well! It looked exactly like the picture. It was priced great, no Oder, A+++. I’m going to order one for all my beds. Love it!!
