Product was as described, delivery was fast, gave it 4 stars because even though it looks nice and constructed well enough its only a 4 star qaulity chair foot rest mount is not very robust actual seat it too firm quality of design of the wheels makes it less fluid in movement than it should be overall stability is ok but wouldn't buy for someone who weighs more than 150-170lbs assembly was pretty straight forward a bit of binding when trying to install arms. Not bad for the price
