I assume the mat is good quality I haven't taken it out of the packaging, and I assume from the packaging it in new condition. As far as value similar ones can be found for less. From the photos it does have very nice appearance. I had an issue with the purchase; it was listed as shipped by eBay but the tracking #provided never updated from a "Label Was Created". It did arrive on time though. With the confusion the seller was willing to take a return but that would be $$. Not recommended.
